Multiple problems with Trouva in just one month

I have had multiple poor experiences with Trouva in the month since my first order.
These have included unresponsive boutiques taking orders they do not fulfil, boutiques selling out-of-stock products and boutique owners thinking their manual stock update solution is sufficient to cover multiple consecutive days without updating the Trouva platform whilst also providing a good customer experience (Merchant Menswear were the curator).
I am currently experiencing delivery delays and possibly unresponsive support; hence my coming here.
I utilised a 20% single use discount code to no avail as a result of one boutique’s mistake.
My experiences are such that I’d expect future problems when ordering with Trouva.

An operations manager contacted me to address my experiences. He stated that upon seeing tracking movement my refunds would be issued to expedite a satisfactory solution. Today another representative takes over and refuses to do as her operation manager colleague stated leading to further frustration.

‘If you haven't yet returned, we can happily provide a return label for either drop off or collection, and i'll see the orders refunded as soon as the tracking shows it's on the move.’

‘Hi Lee - We will just need Boutiques to confirm receipt and condition of the Returned items but should then be able issue the refund tomorrow no problem’

Lily and Lionel dress

Ordered a dress late on Thursday afternoon of a Bank Holiday weekend, and it arrived Tuesday morning. Great service! The dress, by Lily and Lionel, was beautifully packaged and came with a lovely personal note from the boutique owners (Sass & Edge in Winchester). Highly recommend Trouva.

Really safely packed and speedy…

Products all out of stock AFTER ordering

Days after placing an order from 'Gently Elephant' boutique for 4 products, I received 3 different emails over the span of a few days informing me that the products are out of stock and therefore not being sent. This is so frustrating because i'm not being refunded for the costly delivery, and I shouldn't of been able to buy them in the first place if they were out of stock the whole time! It is even more frustrating as they were intended to be christmas gifts and if I order from another boutique they may not even come on time, or the same thing might happen again. Terrible customer service to not keep websites up to stock so so disappointed.
